  • Toyama Chihou Railway No reservation. Cash (machines accept up to ¥1,000 notes) or contactless credit cards. Buses are timed to flight arrivals/departures.
  • Otari Village Shuttle (Konayuki-go) The village bus (Tsugaike line) runs separate winter (Dec 1-Mar 31) and summer timetables. The Konayuki-go shuttle operates in winter only.
  • Seated-capacity service — when full you cannot board. Bills of ¥2,000+ are not accepted (credit touch payment works). Boards at stop No. 1, domestic terminal 1F.
  • The Oito Line between Itoigawa and Minami-Otari runs only a handful of trains a day (midday gaps of nearly 3 hours) — check connections before committing.
