栂池高原滑雪場 概覽
栂池高原スキー場栂池高原滑雪場（Tsugaike Mountain Resort）在長野縣小谷村、白馬谷的最北端，是白馬谷規模最大的雪場之一，最有名的是又寬又緩的初學者地形，包括寬達1,200公尺的栂之森雪坡。雪場占地196公頃，垂直落差904公尺，有14條雪道，由一條纜車（gondola）與19座吊椅纜車服務，最長可以滑4,630公尺，還有夜滑和地形公園；樹線以上是很有名的後山地形（Tsugaike DBD），搭纜車就到得了。

冬天的一天怎麼分類
冬天的範圍是 12 月 1 日到 3 月 31 日。模式雲量在 30% 以下算晴，31% 到 79% 算多雲，80% 以上算陰；當天降雪 5 公分以上就直接算雪，不再看雲量。
雲量來自這個雪場所在網格的 ERA5 重分析資料，並且用山谷裡最近測站實測的日照時數來核對。
模式雲量與測站實測日照的吻合程度，是用兩者都有數值的 3,243 個冬季日算出來的。吻合程度低於門檻時，晴天數會用一個區間來表示。
這裡算的是網格的雲量，但是山上的能見度並沒有人量測。網格算晴的日子，山頂還是可能整天在雲裡。

“On the right side of the Sugaki base area sits OA nohara, a long gentle course stretching approximately 1 kilometer served by a threeperson chairlift running from the base up to roughly mid-mount. It is wide, it is mellow, and it tends to feel quieter and more tucked away.”
